Q: Where are you located:

A: Our distribution warehouse is located at 890 Taylor St. Elyria, Ohio. The warehouse sits back off of the road and shares a parking lot with Hands On Auto Detail.

Q: What are your hours?

A: Currently we are open on Wednesdays every week from 10am-4pm for product viewing. Removal days for purchases are every Thursday and Friday by appointment. Appointments are every 30 minutes from 10 am until 4 pm. We also offer “Off Hours” appointments and weekend appointments just by calling us and requesting a different time.

Q: What types of products do you offer for sale?

A: We specialize in home improvement goods, but we carry many other items such as tools, housewares, and more.

Q: Can I just show up to the warehouse and buy something?

A: Yes and No. All purchases must be made online. We do open our doors for product viewing during normal business hours. If you come to preview an item before making a purchase, your may also purchase items that we do not yet have listed on our eCommerce site. We also offer appointments to view our products.

Q: Do you offer returns if we don’t like what we bought?

A: All sales are final. We do our best to describe each product, but occasionally we do make a mistake. If the product description is inaccurate or grossly misrepresented, we will immediately offer you a refund.

Q: How often do you receive new merchandise?

A: The amount of merchandise we receive each month is determined by the amount we sell. Our capacity is approximately 100 pallets at this time. For every truckload we sell, we receive another.

Q: Who do you liquidate for?

A: We are registered sellers for over 30 big name companies.

Q: Do you offer shipping?

A: Currently, we only offer local pickup. In the future, we hope to offer shipping. We are a smaller facility with a good local client group, but we are looking to expand our reach and our business. Stay tuned for updates in the future.

Q: Do you “cherry pick” your pallets?

A: We do not “cherry pick” our pallets. We try to sell them as they come off of the ttruck for the most part. There are times when we have to dismantle a pallet to assemble items that go together (ie. flooring, furniture, etc).
